A wide range of state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic tools enables us to optimize your facility and respond proactively to current conditions: mechanical and process condition analysis; non‑destructive testing (UT, MT, PT, VT, ECT, HT, IT); testing and adjustment of hydraulic control components (servomotors, EH converters, etc., on a test bench or in the plant); demagnetization of parts; development of models and calculations for thermodynamic and rotordynamic machinery; expert consultations for further operation.
Our analyses include vibration condition and machine behavior analysis, analysis of machine and plant process parameters, correlation between vibration and process parameters, dynamic properties of rotor–bearing systems, thermodynamic performance evaluation, and determination of dynamic pressure operating points for reciprocating machines.
Our experienced inspectors are certified by internationally recognized organizations in accordance with global standards. We collect data using cutting‑edge equipment (GE Bently Nevada – ADRE 408 SXP, ADRE 208‑P, 3500), and for gathering data on control system operation we use our own platform based on hardware from National Instruments and Delphin.
